This is a small replica of the Yoda that would be completed. As you can see below, the 8 ft tall Yoda is underway, but only about 2 ft tall while we were there.

Legos and Star Wars
Last Friday Andrew had to work in Southport, so I was looking for things to do with the kids. My good friend Cherre told me about a new Lego store Grand opening and we invited ourselves to tag along. To celebrate the grand opening, they had a "Lego Master Builder" come and help the kids build an 8 foot tall Yoda. Each person got to build up to 3 large bricks. Here's Nate and Emma constructing their bricks.

Nate loved the whole experience and got a free Lego Star Wars poster that we will hang in his new bedroom once we move. Thanks Cherre for letting us tag along.
