First Day of Kindergarten....umpteen years ago...

(Emma) Mom, you know what you need to look out for? Ogres! They will come inside our house and eat our cookies while we are sleeping. (said matter-of-factly)

(Nate) (after he said family prayer with a light saber attached to his waist) Mom, Jedis LOVE to say prayer!

(Emma) I love to shake my bottom when I dance. Look.

(Nate) (at 7:15 am Eastern time, 4:15 am Pacific) Mom! Its grandma's birthday. We need to call Grandpa and tell him to make her breakfast in bed!
